I did not have an appointment since the battery issued happened and it needed to be addressed asap. He explained what was going to be done and made sure to check on me several times while I waited. Great customer service! One thing that I am very concerned with is the battery issue, since I received the "Notice of the Subaru Battery Settlement". The battery was replaced 11/18/22 and of course on this service visit 4/24/23. This makes me nervous and hope that the vehicle does not brake down on the highway! If, I had the money I would certainly get rid of this vehicle!! More
