Brought my Ascent for an Oil Change. Just an Oil Change. Service Department rotated the tires, and tried to charge me for it. The Tires I had just bought the week before. Then, today I was checking the oil and I noticed that one of the clips holding down the air induction cover was missing and the other was missing. I am NOT impressed. More

Everyone is very polite and quick when I go in. My only issue is that I took my car in for multiple things, explained exactly what was going on and they seemed to only focus on my aftermarket blow My only issue is that I took my car in for multiple things, explained exactly what was going on and they seemed to only focus on my aftermarket blow off valve instead of all of the issues so once I picked it up and got home I still had noises that I took it in for the first time. I called them and had to schedule another appointment for a week later since I had to have a loaner as they don’t look at the cars same day, they are at least 2-3 days out once you drop your car off to be looked at. even tho it was frustrating having to wait to have it looked at I will still always have my car serviced here. They fixed everything and followed up and had great communication throughout the process. More
