He kept me informed regularly, let me know what the issue was and how long I should expect to wait, then finished it of our 2021 WRX under warranty. Got an oil change and the tech didn't change the oil filter, had to bring my car back in to get it replaced. Also, broke a clip on my cabin air filter which your team replaced but the techs should be ab filter, had to bring my car back in to get it replaced. Awful experience. Keisha Broom called numerous times after a web inquiry I sent. Saw that the vehicle I wanted purchase had an open recall. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they fixed. A week after purchase I found out they didn’t fix if. It was with the transmi recall. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they fixed. A week after purchase I found out they didn’t fix if. It was with the transmission too. Straight up lied to me. Said they fixed some other recalls but not that one. I asked for the service records to prove they fixed something. Been over a week. Still haven’t seen those records. Bought this truck sight unseen. (Bad Move) was told it was in immaculate condition. Well the bumper looks like it has been hit by gravel and they used touch up paint on it. I didn’t notice on delivery, just would have been nice to be told those things. This is a typical old school dealership. They will say anything to sell the vehicle. Shop elsewhere. More
