We have been looking to buy either a Crosstrek or replace our 2013 Outback. We found some pretty good deals in May and decided to move forward with the purchase of an Outback. We saw a few that were in our price range and we wanted to stay with 2023 and decided we had to move pretty quick.2024s seem to be everywhere and we just didn't want to get a 2024. We contacted internet sales, and Mr. Roger Venegas made the process simple. He was ready for us with the car that we chose and took it for a great test drive! It was amazing because there have been many improvements since my 2013 lol. I just want to say that Mr. Venegas is a very kind gentleman, very professional and made the process seamless. He was able to get us a little off the price of the MSRP and we worked out the details and I was actually surprised at the ease of the entire process. I had a horrible experience at a Subaru dealership in Virginia, and I really wasn't looking forward to this at all. I'm so thankful that Brandon Times Subaru team were patient and worked with us to make the purchase. The Subaru 3.9 percent financing gave us peace of mind, as well. Thank you to the entire team for the ease of purchasing. I do want to add that the service team are what brought us to this dealership to purchase. Their service is above expectations, and they took great care of what would have been an extremely expensive situation. We are loyal for life. More
