Had appt for safety inspection. At drop off told it would take about 1 hour. At 40 minutes the advisor said I was next. At 1.5 hours I walked around and found car still on driveway. Said inspector got pulled to another job. Said they would rush it and got it done in about 15 minutes. Bad communication and job took much longer than it should since I had an appointment. More
