I appreciate Aaron Loya's sales approach and commitment to providing honest assessments. Reviews from other customers can be specious on the internet as they only represent the polarities. Not here! I cannot speak for everyone, but Aaron will be the only person I go to for my next car. When customers' purchasing decisions drive pay and performance, providing inaccurate or misleading information to make the sale is inevitable. That is what most expect when buying a new or used car. At Brandon Tomes Subaru, I did not see that at all. Aaron was considerate of my budget constraints and sold me the SUV I needed, not the most expensive one. Aaron made the sale with me because he was honest and genuinely invested in getting the best price on a Forester—without the haggling and going back and forth. It is not every day that, as an organizational development professional, I make reviews of an operation without being paid to do so, but this was an exceptional case. More
