Service advisors all seem to give different and conflicting information about routine services needed and pricing. There does not seem to be a central location in our file which contains informati conflicting information about routine services needed and pricing. Additionally, price at check out was different than price quoted with no explanation and upselling of additives for basic oil change left a bad impression. 3 years of servicing our vehicle here and this is the first time we've had this experience.
