I have been with Subaru since 2020 and I will say that this visit was by far not what I was used to from Subaru. Everyone seemed extremely scattered and agitated. I only saw one familiar face. Once my Ascent was checked in, I had to wait about 30 min before a loaner was ready. I’ve never had to wait with a scheduled appointment. In the past I have always been given an Ascent since that’s what I drive. I went to do the walk around. The loaner was a Forester. Opened the door and had trash all in it and the drivers seat was filthy. I declined the loaner and asked for an Ascent. An Ascent was brought around. I took it but it had empty drink bottles under the seat, snack wrappers in the floorboard and not tidy. I have always loved my trips to Subaru service but something has changed and for the worse. Saw that the vehicle I wanted purchase had an open recall. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they fixed. A week after purchase I found out they didn’t fix if. Straight up lied to me. Said they fixed some other recalls but not that one. I asked for the service records to prove they fixed something. Been over a week. Still haven’t seen those records. Bought this truck sight unseen. (Bad Move) was told it was in immaculate condition. Well the bumper looks like it has been hit by gravel and they used touch up paint on it. I didn’t notice on delivery, just would have been nice to be told those things. This is a typical old school dealership. They will say anything to sell the vehicle. Shop elsewhere. More
