Overall service is fast and friendly obviously with the typical upsells and have to notice that the 5000 mile service used to be $80 plus or minus if you use additives, now its about $140. Also when my forester's bushings crapped out a little over 60K miles (which honestly is unacceptable but was just outside of warranty), the price quoted to fix them was $1150 for a vehicle with a little over 60K miles did not make me happy. But with my own mechanic was able to get it fixed for 25% of the dealer quote. So my point is that I'd use the dealer to fix things more if they were more reasonable in their pricing, being 4-5x more expensive is just greedy. Other than the crazy high pricing of repairs and maintenance, I've felt the quality of service and comfort is high. The staff are friendly and helpful, I just wish the general dealer experience had less price gouging, and subaru should have fixed the bushings for free given it happened so early. My only gripe for this last service is the cost of the service and after the "free" car wash there was still a bunch of bird crap on the car, but they took it back and make sure that was removed on the 2nd pass...so they made it right! Thank you! More
Dropped of my STI on Saturday for tires, an oil change, and a recall for the reverse switch. Was given a timeline of the following Tuesday. Received a call on Monday saying my car was ready. However Subaru corporate needs to do a better job in standing behind the Subaru brand that has long been hailed for reliability and longevity. I have a 2015 outback with several issues that Subaru corporate refuses to address. I will never buy a Subaru again! More
