I have bought two cars there and that experience has been fine. The service team, so far, has been fine. My issue is with Volkswagen company. The cars take more maintenance than other manufacturers I be fine. The service team, so far, has been fine. My issue is with Volkswagen company. The cars take more maintenance than other manufacturers I believe, and I believe that keeps maintenance costs at a higher level than others. But my real objection is losing my remote start. According to my window sticker, I paid $450 up front according to the OPTIONS section, and they took it away recently. There is nothing on the window sticker or in the manual that states the option is time limited. This one will probably be my last VW. More
