I had a very poor experience when getting my 100k mile service on my golf. I made an appointment online, which turned out to be useless. I think someone should have blocked that as an option as they had a service on my golf. I made an appointment online, which turned out to be useless. The service technician who first received me was very rude and didn’t seem to listen to me, instead wanting to give me an oil change. He walked away from me and then someone else took over who was nice, but then handed me off to someone else. It was unnecessarily confusing, expensive and took a long time- over a week.
