I had an issue with my EOS convertible top working. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was able to bring the vehicle in within the hour. I'm a repeat customer, got my 2011 Tiguan back in August 2010. Took it to service last Saturday 3/2/13 because of a check engine light, they took care swiftly of it and everything was covered under w August 2010. The guys at the service department were great and very accommodating, answering all my questions with great attitude. While I waited on my car, met with Bobby, my sales guy (he sold me the Tiguan) and upon chatting about different options (I was considering a second car) he offered me to take a used Routan home for the wife to see and test drive. No need to say my wife loved it and we came back that same day to seal the Routan purchase (oh, and to pick up the Tiguan from service). Would definitely do business again with them, and will recommend them to all my friends. More
