I want to start off by saying in the beginning they were great. They helped me buy my first brand new car at 20 years old so I was excited. Everything seemed to go smoothly and then they “forgot” to get me great. They helped me buy my first brand new car at 20 years old so I was excited. Everything seemed to go smoothly and then they “forgot” to get me to sign some papers and wanted me to drive two hours back to do that and I refused so they mailed them to me. As far as the service department goes, I called to see about an oil change. They said I didn’t need an appointment as they have the express lane and it doesn’t usually take long. So I drive two hours there to get one (I was given free oil changes when buying the car). I get there after a two hour drive to be told that it was a 3-4 hour wait. If I knew that it was going to be that long I would’ve just paid for one closer to my house. So after a whole day wasted I got my oil changed and I most likely won’t be using anymore free oil changes so I guess their tactic of making me wait almost four hours worked so they don’t have to worry about doing the free ones anymore. More
