Even though I had an appointment. It took them over 2 hours just to have my oil changed. I watched 8 different customers who got there after me leave, new ones come in and leave. My car was sitting out there parked ready to go. The guy who helped me was playing around with the manager who made it very uncomfortable as it seemed as they were laughing at me for getting up and asking for my keys. Very unprofessional. More

On a Saturday my car would not start. Triple A came and after getting it started, said to take it to the dealer. Several dealers close to me would not take it until Monday if I came in at 7 AM.
