I thought that I had scheduled a service appointment online, but apparently did not complete the process. So when I showed up, the service advisor explained that I was not on the schedule and that they online, but apparently did not complete the process. So when I showed up, the service advisor explained that I was not on the schedule and that they had a full schedule. I explained that I had driven 50 miles from home and that my state inspection expired in a couple of days. Jordon said that he would speak to his manager. My situation was resolved by agreeing to perform my scheduled service and provide me with a loaner for the day which I declined. Within 2 1/2 hours, my service was complete and I was on my way home. Every appropriate business could use a service adviser like Jordon who is understanding, diplomatic and thoughtful. He went the extra mile for me! More
