Excellent service with my recall episode recently. Staff is cordial, courteous, and efficient. I received a courtesy car to use until my vehicle was ready, and even though we expected a 3-hour service time is cordial, courteous, and efficient. I received a courtesy car to use until my vehicle was ready, and even though we expected a 3-hour service time, my car was ready in half the time! Can't beat that! More

We tried to purchase a car and ended up speaking with Nizam (Niz) after speaking with our salesperson. After that conversation we decided not to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and would not rec Nizam (Niz) after speaking with our salesperson. After that conversation we decided not to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend it to anybody. Nizam was extremely disrespectful to us and very demeaning towards our family. It was very unprofessional. I also left a negative review on Google & Facebook, and hope it helps people make a solid decision before doing business here. There are other dealerships that actually value their customers and treat them with respect, this was a horrible experience. More

I would like to amend a previous review by saying that Shawn who oversees the service department called me to talk through my issues. I really appreciate that he called me, not because it was a negative review, but because he wanted to fix any issues I had and also wanted to make sure his service team was up to date on the small fixes that needed to take place. He clearly wants to make sure his service team is giving excellent service to their customers and that means a lot! So thank you very much Shawn for taking the time to talk and to reassure me that the minor issues I had wouldn't happen again. He definitely changed my opinion about Brattleboro Subaru and I will definitely be going back again! More
