Came in for the advertised Express Service oil change to find out that service was shut down due to Covid. After telling them that I had driven 50 minutes to get to Brattleboro that day, they were able to find out that service was shut down due to Covid. After telling them that I had driven 50 minutes to get to Brattleboro that day, they were able to squeeze my service into the schedule and had me back on the road in one hour. Just bought the Impreza so haven't been in for service yet. But the sales experience was outstanding! Tom McFeeley spent so much time walking me through all the settings.
