As always the service personnel were very polite and patiently explained all aspects of the service performed. As a side note and absolutely no reflection on the service performed, I want to express my patiently explained all aspects of the service performed. As a side note and absolutely no reflection on the service performed, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the Kelly tires purchases thru Subaru and installed 12/19/19. At this service we were told we would need new tires soon due to tread depth. These tires although 3 year old have only been used for a little over 12,000 miles and already need to be replaced! Totally unsatisfactory. I will not purchase this brand again. More

They were ready for me when I arrived. Came and told me that my brake calipers were sticking and suggested that we do preventive maintenance.
