I’ve given Ian and Nizam five stars below, but also need to call out Marie (Sales Manager) had with any dealership in 30+ years of being a car owner. I’ve given Ian and Nizam five stars below, but also need to call out Marie (Sales Manager) and the entire Service team (Morgan, Amanda, and Jordan in particular). We bought a new Outback and the sales process was great. Soon after purchase, we had a minor mechanical glitch and it felt like the entire dealership kicked in to make sure it got addressed. Ian and Marie kept in constant communication with me and the Service team bent over backwards to get us fixed up while managing a busy schedule of their own. I can’t recommend Brattleboro Subaru enough. Fantastic team! More

After I was greeted at the door by a couple people I got introduced to Rob, he sat me down, asked me what I wanted for it and ultimately what I needed for it. Subaru was not only the highest offer out of the two Toyota dealers I went to but the only dealership who sat me down and actually had a conversation with me. It was shocking that I bought a car and that name dealership couldn’t even take the time to sit down and make me feel like a valued customer. We sold our car to Subaru and walked out feeling happy that we were heard and valued.
