I’ve been in that dealership since I was six years old because my mother always like Cadillacs. And I became a customer of story Cadillac which now is bravo Cadillac. I went in and the finance person Henry Cordova was so rude that I don’t even want to go in there anymore. He was very nice and they when we didn’t want to purchase any of the gab or the warranties or nothing he totally changed to being rude. All they’re looking to do is make sells not caring if they sold a bad vehicle that cost 150k dollars. They talk to you very rude as if your a kid and try to make their Lemon vehicles they sell if it’s not their fault, when you try to say it’s their fault, they get mad and unprofessional with every excuse why it’s not their fault in the rudest voice possible. They’re making it sound like it’s not their problem but to make another sell they will trade in mine which is the only way to put a smile on their face. That is their solution, it’s not their fault etc I did try their option just to find out I need to leave another 20k down and be upside down 50k on my purchase I just made in late December with the vehicle that has been nothing but problems. We bought a 2021 Cadillac Escalade in late December and been having trouble with it ever since with a misfire. Took it into the dealership for repair, they said it was the lifters and push rods causing the misfire so already 3000 miles in the Cadillac it’s going through a major repair that’s being marked down on carfax. When they said the vehicle was ready I went to go pick up and the vehicle smoking bad, smelt like antifreeze real bad, truck had oil everywhere and 3 hours later after driving the vehicle is doing the same thing. Now it’s going right back into the shop just for another major repair that will be going on carfax. I purchased a 2022 XT5 in October 4 months later it got registered at the DMV. Poor customer service. I have DV plates and was charged for regular plates of which I didn’t need. I have been calling them for several times to ask them about the plates and registration and they haven't given me an explanation about why it is taking to long to register the truck and to send me the plates: I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR almost 6 MONTHS FOR THE PLATES WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. I already call my bank and they told me that the normal time to receive the plated is about 3 to 4 weeks and they will have to give an explanation because the bank already payed them I haven't used this truck since I bought it because most of the time I am traveling acocross the border for business purposes and without plates it is impossible to travel. 5 months waiting and it seems that they do not care about it. Bad customer service and I am so disappointed about my decision I made of buying a vehicle I at this dealership. More

Got sucker in to bringing my SRX 2013 in to get get a possible additional offer to buy the car. Had only 12,655 miles. The person who said they would be there was not. Got a guy who later said he been th possible additional offer to buy the car. Had only 12,655 miles. The person who said they would be there was not. Got a guy who later said he been there for only four days. At no time was the car taken in to be look over. Gave the same price as was given over the phone. Told him we had a better offer was wondering what they would offer. Told I could go to their Las Cruces location and get the price. What a slap after driving across town as we are senior citizens. Bravo back to old tricks even under new ownership.That is why we have not brought a car in El Paso for 41 years. The sale person on took pictures of the car, ran the motor, back it out an inch and that was it. Had us waiting outside. The person I had made the appointment with name Holly no show. So my advice beware of Bravo, good commercials,bad salesmanship!! More
