Got sucker in to bringing my SRX 2013 in to get get a possible additional offer to buy the car. Had only 12,655 miles. The person who said they would be there was not. Got a guy who later said he been th possible additional offer to buy the car. Had only 12,655 miles. The person who said they would be there was not. Got a guy who later said he been there for only four days. At no time was the car taken in to be look over. Gave the same price as was given over the phone. Told him we had a better offer was wondering what they would offer. Told I could go to their Las Cruces location and get the price. What a slap after driving across town as we are senior citizens. Bravo back to old tricks even under new ownership. That is why we have not brought a car in El Paso for 41 years. The sale person on took pictures of the car, ran the motor, back it out an inch and that was it. Had us waiting outside. The person I had made the appointment with name Holly no show. So my advice beware of Bravo, good commercials, bad salesmanship!! More
This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Once they make a sale and get your money good luck getting a hold of anyone. They are too busy to assist you after a sale but not too busy to harass you to come in and look at a car. You’re only important as the money they can make off of you and it shows tremendously. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and apply on their website and see if your experience matches the timeline below. From upper management such as Jim and Mike Campos down to the receptionist. The left hand definitely doesn’t talk to the right hand at this dealership. My wife and I originally applied on the bravo Cadillac website. I was contacted by marisol who I thought was a car sales woman who i informed of my financial situation. She had a car salesman named Joe Monero contact me who knew nothing of my financial situation. I explained the situation and he asked me if I wanted to work with someone else because he’s pretty busy. I told him yes I would like to work with someone else. What kind of salesman tells his customer that he’s busy? Even if he is, how is it the customers fault? At this point, I lost interest in buying a car from them. Later I was contacted by Mike Campos who apologized for the behavior of Joe Monero (the car salesman) and promised me a better car buying experience. Like a normal human being I wasn’t going to chop down a tree for one bad apple. The next day Jim calls me and tells me I was only approved for a specific amount and that the car I was interested in was more than I was approved for and asks me to apply by myself to see if I get a different approval. I did just that and Jim called me and stated that I was approved for a specific amount. However I wasn’t interested in any of the cars that they had for the amount I was approved for. So I just decided to wait and work on my credit. Jim and mike took turns phone tagging me to get me to come in and look at their inventory. I eventually said yes and they put me with a car salesman named Andrew who was thrown on me and had no idea about what I was looking for or my financial situation. I proceeded to explain to him what was going on and I told him the car I was interested in and he was very helpful. However, come to find out this whole time I never had an actual approval from the bank like I was told. Even though my credit was ran 15 times, it was just an estimate. So I eventually ended up picking out a car that i thought would work for me and my family size. So they needed to run my credit for the 16th time and to make things worse they ran my wife’s credit again without her consent. If you remember, when I applied the 2nd time, it was an application under my name only. Every process takes forever like waiting at a dr’s office. It was late that night so I needed to come back the next day for an approval. Andrew called me with an approval and I brought my wife and my daughter and we sat around for hours in an office where I had access to previous customers files with private information in them. That didn’t sit right with me. I had to use their computer to print out my bank statements and when I went to my banks website a previous customers login info was already populated. I went to another popular bank website and again another customers login info was auto populated. This company is careless with customers sensitive information, I printed out my statements and I erased my history and deleted cookies. After a long wait watching everyone walk back and forth trying to look busy, we were finally introduced to Henry a finance manager and he had me sign paperwork to take ownership of my new vehicle. I had included a trade with my purchase that was under my sister-in-law and my father-in-laws name. Henry the finance manager thought my wife was my sister-in-law. My wife literally could have pretended to be my sister-in-law and could have signed for her and he wouldn’t have known. I said that to prove how disorganized this place is and the lack of accountability and communication that exists. That following Monday I brought my father-in-law in with me to sign his part of the release of the trade in vehicle which took a ridiculous amount of time. Henry then assured me he would mail out my sisters-in-laws paperwork for her to release the trade in the next day which was on a Tuesday. Thursday came around and my sister still hadn’t received the paperwork and she was getting calls from the trade in loan company that the payment was past due. I called my sales rep (Andrew) and asked if Henry had mailed out the paperwork, he said that he text Henry and he said she should get it tonight. Well my sister-in-law never received the paperwork so I called the dealership to get ahold of henry and ask if he has a tracking number for the paperwork. Henry was off that day and no one else had access to my file. I found that amazing since I sat for hours in an office where I had access to hundreds of previous customers files the day I signed for the car. I called the next day and asked to be transferred to Henry and it went to voicemail. I called the receptionist back and told her. “She said hold on let me try and page him.” Next thing I know I’m being transferred to his office phone and I’m listening to Henry’s voicemail again. I called the receptionist back again and you can hear the abrasive tone in her voice as she answered the phone with a loud GOODMORNING!!! THIS IS BRAVO CADILLAC HOW CAN I HELP YOU!!! I know sarcasm in the form of politeness when I hear it. I matched her sarcasm and asked to speak to Henry. Knowing Henry wasn’t in his office, she transferred me to his office again. I then hung up and text my salesman Andrew and informed him of the situation and he said that he texted Henry to call me. It has been a few hours and I still have not heard from Henry. As I said before, once they make a sale, you are no longer a priority. P.S. WARNING!!!! THIS COMPANY WRITES ITS OWN REVIEWS!!! Its not hard to make a bunch of fake profiles and say good things about yourself. More
Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. I called about a vehicle & was told by a saleswoman I’d receive texts with more info & a credit application. It never came, so I called the next day & called about a vehicle & was told by a saleswoman I’d receive texts with more info & a credit application. It never came, so I called the next day & explained what happened & was sent to a different salesman’s voicemail. I left a message (was on Saturday) & never heard back, so I tried for the 3rd time Monday where I talked to ANOTHER saleswoman, Yoahna, & was told, again, that I’d get texts with more info & a few pics I requested as I’m out of state. I also mentioned I could fly out the next day to test drive & buy if everything was in the condition they stated. Again, never received anything more from them. It’s now Tuesday & I just got a notification that the car sold. Obviously they don’t care, but I was ready to buy almost a week ago. I tried to be understanding, bc things happen & I’m sure they have other people to deal with, but I guess that’s the wrong approach since it seems they have zero consideration for your time. If this is how they treat people before you buy, I can’t even imagine the nightmare they are to deal with getting the deal done or anything afterwards, & glancing at the recent reviews, I’m not the first person to have this issue here. I tried to call just now to confirm that it did for sure sell, & was sent to the managers voicemail where I couldn’t even leave a message because the mailbox is full lol sounds about right. P.S. Don’t bother leaving a “please reach out to us to address this concern” response to this review, because I’ve tried… More
