Thought I was buying a trax when and signed contract put 1500 down told the vehicle was mine. Two weeks after purchase the bank messages me stating they have not received paperwork needed to finalize my loa 1500 down told the vehicle was mine. Messaged the finance guy where he told me if I didn’t go to my hometown to do registration I needed to bring them another 2500 so I worked hard to get this done as I live 25 hours away. He also demands my bank statement immediately so confused still and him being really rude like it’s my fault. I later get a text and they tell me I need to return the vehicle immediately. Be aware of these snakes they will lie to get you in and lead you on for weeks. The emotional toll it took on my family was intense. This is just the tip of what happened. More

In my opinion this is NOT a dealer you want to purchase a car from. We got duped into buying a car that supposedly have towing package and had nothing on it. After the towbar / Hitch was installed that was car from. We got duped into buying a car that supposedly have towing package and had nothing on it. After the towbar / Hitch was installed that was as far as the tow package went. They put on some of the cheapest tires that you a get. We need to replace them. When we were dealing with the finance manager he Lied to us and told us if we purchased a tire road hazard policy (cost $1500) that just to wait a few weeks and come in and we could get all four tires replaced..He actually gave s a note that said 4 week 4tires.. He is not there now and the dealership says they know nothing about such a deal.. So now we have a completely worthless $1500 policy. We will be purchasing new tires and will get the road hazard protection with the new tires . So we will never be able to use this policy. The sales person who helped with the tow package deal now says he does not remember anything.. More
