Bravo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Alhambra

This dealership scams and deceives their customers on purpose--terrible! I saw one of their used cars on Carfax, so I went in to test drive it. It was exactly in my price range, and I was so excited. purpose--terrible! I saw one of their used cars on Carfax, so I went in to test drive it. It was exactly in my price range, and I was so excited. I test drove it and was ready to buy. But when we went to 'talk numbers,' the manager added almost $4,000 of additional 'fees' (of adding to the sale a tracking device system, a catalytic converter package, and something else--she spoke so quickly, I could barely understand her). When I told her I only wanted the car at the listed price, she told me that wasn't an option, and that I needed to purchase at least 1 or 2 of the additional "products"--which took the price up by thousands! I was shocked and furious! I told her how wrong that was to trick people into coming to test drive a car at a listed price, and then to change the price. Her response was something like, "I'm sorry, but we have to list it at the lower price or else no one would come in to look at the car." What!?! At least she was being honest in their deception! What a waste of my time to drive all the way there, test drive it, and think I'm about to buy a car, and then drive home with nothing. Bad business! How do people sleep at night by taking advantage of people on purpose like this? I can now see other reviewers saying they experienced the same thing here! Same, deceptive experience! Awful!! More
