I did come back for a service visit - and had a horrible experience with Matthew Large. I did not appreciate his dismissive and smug approach to me as a client and loyal Honda customer. I would not recommend him to anyone and highly encourage training/redirection on how he interacts with customers while representing the Honda dealership. More
I can’t recommend Hyde enough! He worked with me for nearly a year while I went back and forth trying to decide whether purchasing a Tesla Model 3 was the right choice. Instead, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions and help me weigh my options. When I was finally ready to move forward, Hyde made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service made all the difference. It’s rare to find a salesperson who genuinely prioritizes what’s best for the customer rather than just making a sale, and Hyde did exactly that. If you’re considering buying a Tesla, I highly recommend asking for Hyde. You’ll be working with someone who truly cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile. Didn’t explain why they wanted to do $1200 plus of work on a car that has only about 30,000 miles. I did get an oil change. I felt so uncomfortable that I took my 2019 HRV to First Class H A L T the next day. Fred Anderson wanted me to buy a new Serpentine Belt. First Class noted that it was in very good condition. But Fred Anderson Honda neglected to tell me that my front tires were questionable and the back ones were good. Since this is a safety issue I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me and at least rotate my tires. The Evaluation by First Class H A L T gave me information as to what items needed to be taken care of first and what might wait. I will Not be returning to Fred Anderson Honda for Service More
