We had an issue with a car we had bought from them a while back. Greg, Corey, Scott & Terry all went above and beyond to help us settle the issue and gave us peace of mind in our trade. I had such a great experience at Fred Anderson Honda for my first service, and I especially want to recognize Brody for his outstanding customer service! As soon as I arrived, Brody walked right out to m my first service, and I especially want to recognize Brody for his outstanding customer service! As soon as I arrived, Brody walked right out to my car to greet me. He was polite, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the very beginning. Before taking my keys, he took the time to walk me through the entire service process and made sure I understood what to expect. I also shared some concerns I had about my vehicle, and Brody listened attentively and provided me with valuable information and guidance. I never felt rushed or like my questions were a bother. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire experience. His professionalism, patience, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out to me.
