Took my Taurus in for maintenance and stopped by showroom to say hello to Paul. He remembered that I liked the Fusion, but could not comfortably fit in it. Even though he did not have the color, Ginger Ale, that I wanted, he scoured the dealers in the Midwest and found one in Indiana that was exactly what I wanted. After driving my 1997 Probe for nearly 16 years, I did not expect to find what I wanted so quickly. If anyone asks me who I would recommend, it will definitely be Paul Ipjan at Bredemann Ford in Glenview. Thanks Paul! More
Went in to look at cars on a Tuesday evening with my wife. We were the only customers in the dealership. Chester Gilbert said that since the car was for my business I would have to speak to someone else wife. We were the only customers in the dealership. Chester Gilbert said that since the car was for my business I would have to speak to someone else before test-driving but they were not working. He then said since they work on commission, no one else was willing help, or would allow us to test drive the Ford Escape we were looking at. He was very rude. There were other car salespeople there who looked on disinterested. Despite phoning ahead of time, we left and our time was wasted. I have used this dealer for service before, but will not return due to their poor customer service. More

Very happy with my new Focus, this is my first US made car. We went into Bredemann Ford based on some online reviews by folks that seemed to show that the sales staff at this dealership were low pressure, friendly, helpful and patient. This was just what my family by folks that seemed to show that the sales staff at this dealership were low pressure, friendly, helpful and patient. This was just what my family needed, as we were undecided on which vehicle we wanted to purchase, outside of knowing we wanted a Ford. We were greeted warmly on a snowy Friday night, asked some relevant questions concerning needs and wants, and then steered towards 3 different models to consider. We were encouraged to sit, spread out, relax. We went on one test drive of a newer model - the C-MAX, and then were given literature on the two models we were having a tough time deciding on. John Messner was our sales person and he could not have been more helpful. He understood our situation, our needs, and then gave us space. We left the dealership that night without making a purchase, and we were made to feel that taking our time was a normal part of the process. This was great. We've NOT had such positive experiences elsewhere. We came back the next morning and by early afternoon we were out the door in our new car. The Sales Manager (Don Young) and the Finance person (Ira Schreiber who was filling in) were equally pleasant and helpful. Each member of the team took time to explain the process, options, and answer questions. Other sales staff were equally friendly and considerate. This was the best experience we've ever had buying a car. Bredemann will be our dealership of choice from now on! More

Greatest experience I have ever had in the 14+ years at any Ford Dealership. Mike Smith is a new associate (1 week new) his product knowledge was unbelievable and the way he interacted with me - I felt lik any Ford Dealership. The other associates at Bredemann were so helpful to both Mike and myself in making sure he was comfortable learning and I was comfortable with purchasing what I wanted and getting me the proper financing and interest rate. When I was hesitant about a vehicle the associates gave suggestions, gave me ideas - until I was finally satisfied with my purchase. Don Young - Sales Manager worked the numbers over and over to come up with the monthly payment I wanted. Steve Settler - Business Manager - Made sure I understood everything I was signing and explained the benefits of the PremiumCare Extended Service Plan Steve Pett - Is a Tech genius. He was able to explain a complex system in simplistic terms so it made it easy for me to understand the touch screen functions of my vehicle. Last but not least, Mike Smith - I was nervous about trading in my truck (I love my Truck), Mike made me so comfortable. He is an amazing salesman, actually he is an amazing Person.
