This purchase was great! Nestor, the sales guy was patient as I moved back and forth deciding what I wanted to do; used or new, lease or buy and blue vs celestial silver. He explained all the details, took me on test drives and waited until I decided what I wanted to do. I took several weeks and no pressure.Nestor just checked in by email. The services was excellent throughout the purchasing and after the deal was done. I drove home with all the details done from county stickers, plates and phone synched. Tran was great in the finance end explaining each step and letting me decide what I wanted. While the process is tedious, he was actually fun to chat with as he processed miles of paperwork. All together a great experience. Thanks Nestor, you win the award for patience! More

Greedy Greedy Greedy Got a great deal at another Toyota dealer but I did not like the interior color. Dealer said I could order takes about 5-6 weeks. So I called Bredemann asked them if they could match the offer from other dealer since Bredemann had the right color interior I was looking for. The greedy sleazy new car sales manager Brian says " I cant and I wont match that price because these cars are hot demand ". This is not an honest dealer because all this sleazy manager cared about was $$$$ I would stay away from a dealer that plays the supply & demand card to keep prices high. Went back to original dealer and put my deposit down and now I will have to wait for my new car which will be fine with me. I hope anyone shops around before you choose this sleazy dealer. More
