Jordan was very helpful, and patient. We went to Bredemann to look at a Scion XB. We hate pushy salespeople so we were on guard before we even set foot inside the place. Right away we met Jordan and he was very laid back but not inattentive. We told him we were not going to buy a car that day we just wanted to look. Prior to heading out we'd been researching the performance reviews and price of new vs. used Xb's and decided on a new one since there is not much of a discount on the used models. We just wanted to drive one first. Never having driven or thoroughly checked out an XB we wanted to be sure it was going to work for us. The only xb left in the dealership was pinned inside the middle of the showroom. His eyes widened a little when I told him i wanted to test drive it but he got into action and within a short while the staff had jockeyed around half a dozen cars and taken it out onto the driveway. The test drive was impressive, I was concerned such a small car wouldn't be able to jump across a busy city street in a hurry but the Xb has plenty of acceleration and performed well. We liked the car and decided to buy it. Like the old Saturn business model there is no negotiation on the price of Scions so that made the buying process a little easier. There is still plenty of opportunity to be sold things like warranties, rustproofing etc. Jordan offered and I declined and Jordan was respectful of my declines. I really appreciated that. It's my time and my money and I won't sit for someone spending my whole day trying to sell me something over and over again. All in all it was a quick and efficient process. I would recommend Jordan to anyone seeking to buy a Toyota or Scion vehicle. He's respectful, helpful, and patient. Thanks Jordan, we love the car and appreciate the service you gave us. More

The best dealership and a wonderful sales person! We went to Bredemann Toyota to buy a used Toyota Sienna. We were looking for low mileage van with a reasonable price. Mr. Syed worked with us and sho We went to Bredemann Toyota to buy a used Toyota Sienna. We were looking for low mileage van with a reasonable price. Mr. Syed worked with us and showed us an ultimate van. It has everything one could think of (2006Toyota Sienna XLE - Limited Edition). It was a one owner, well maintained and very clean van. Every single option is working and we really didn't find any issues. To be honest with you I am not a person who research and waste time to look around. I am glad I went to this dealership and really got what I needed. After meeting with Mr. Syed we did go to another Toyota dealer, and truly we were disappointed with the treatment we received. No one was available to attend us and finally when were able to locate someone, he just gave us the key of a van in the lot. It had lots of miles and was asking the same price for a poorly maintained van. He didn't even ask us what we really needed. I think they were more interest in selling a new car, rather than spending time with us. Obviously, we bought the van from Bredemann and I am sure it is start of good relationship with this dealership. Mr. Syed has called us few times to follow up and he willing to assist anyway he can. This is my second Toyota and I have never heard from the person who sold me the Camry long time ago, so guess it is not very common. Even though that persona was from the same country I came from. Don was lying to me We recently visited this dealership and the service was horrible. The sales consultant Barry King was helping us. For a Toyota Prius 2 we got a final We recently visited this dealership and the service was horrible. The sales consultant Barry King was helping us. For a Toyota Prius 2 we got a final deal of $24,500 for 0% APR and 60 months of financing. The sales consultant took my signature for the credit pull application. My credit was excellent. Barry then brought the sales manager, Don Ziemke, and Don was talking to me and Barry just dissapeared, meaning he just went away. Don said that the price of $24,500 was for when we were making our deal with cash. I asked him, "Then why did you pull my credit?" The entire time I was talking about credit not cash. Don also didn't let me talk to the sales consultant Barry. He told me just to talk to him. I just want to inform the owner of the dealership that the sales manager, Don, was lying to me. They wasted my entire day. More
Typical Dealership with Good Salesperson I gave 5 stars all around mostly because of the price I got and the salesperson I worked with (Dan Nozari). It's your typical "you make an offer and I gave 5 stars all around mostly because of the price I got and the salesperson I worked with (Dan Nozari). It's your typical "you make an offer and the salesperson goes to the wizard behind the curtain" and you usually don't like what the wizard says. Dan was great, though. There was no pressure and Dan seemed like he really wanted you to have a good experience. If there was any issue, Dan fixed it no questions asked. I would have no reservations dealing with Dan again. The finance manager (Jack P.) seemed a bit impatient and seems to prefer an expeditious signage of paperwork. To deviate from that plan may mean you get pencil tapping on the desk and a bit of condescension as he explains how things work as if you, the buyer, should have known the ins and outs of buying a new car. I guess most people just want to sign and be done and for those people, the experience would be top notch I'm sure. As for the detailers, I guess if the car is new, it doesn't need much attention. The dust on the dash was mostly wiped off and the car was good to go. A wash and a wax was wishful thinking on my part. The receptionist came off as rude. I don't recall her name. She seemed like she was there for the paycheck and felt overworked and/or under-appreciated. This became evident when she spoke. That was just my impression. As for the sales manager, (Don Z.) well, I didn't see him much. He came back with a higher price, which is his job I guess, but eventually he relented and let me go with the deal I was previously quoted. That made him good in my book. The most important part of my buying experience is, and always will be, the bottom line price. Bredemann let me out the door with the price I wanted so I am giving it a good rating. More
