A few weeks ago I had to start searching for cars after mine was totaled. I loved my 2005 Toyota Highlander so much that I knew I had to have another. They are reliable, safe cars. I went to Bredemann on a Friday afternoon and met with Paul right away. He listened to everything I wanted and took me for a test drive. I then told him the color and all the accesories I wanted on the car. Paul and Don started searching right away for the perfect car for me. We then found the car not too far in Rockford. They proceeded to get the car transferred to the dealer and kept me informed of everything along the way. Bredemann Toyota knew that I was making a big purchase and they were great to work with every step. From Paul, Don, and Tran this was a great experience after the accident with my previous car. Since Toyota's are great cars, I know I won't need one for awhile, but I will always go to Bredemann and would recommend them to anyone. My Camry was having oil usage issues. After I followed the protocol of testing the oil consumption for a few months -Shawn assisted and went out of his way to get the issue resolved. My wife and I had decided to purchase a new car and decided on a Toyoda and Bredemann was the closet dealership to us. We had never been to this dealership before and did not know what to expect. We wanted to check out the hybrid models and decided to purchase at another dealership if they were "high pressure" or "jerky". In fact when we first met Paul we told him we would not be purchasing that day. Boy were we surprised! Paul was great to deal with and when we told him we would not be buying the first day his reply was "I'm here to help you any way I can". We left that first day without buying and Paul was true to his word and remained friendly and helpful. Between the first visit and our second visit we told Paul that we changed out mind about the model we wanted to consider and Paul's reply was "let me find the model you want and we'll go for a test drive." Again, Paul remained friendly and helpful at all times. At the end the end of the second visit we agreed to purchase a new car but Bredemann had to arrange a trade with another dealer and Paul told us it would take a day or two tops. The following Tuesday as promised we picked up the car. My wife and I would highly recommend Bredemann Toyoda to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyoda. More
