I really love toyotas and I had purchased a toyota in 2010 from a different dealer. My daughter was in need of a car so I decided to purchase another toyota for me. I called various toyota dealers and was not happy with the phone salesperson. A friend told me about Bredemann's toyota dealer and I researched online and decided to go. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed, the cleanliness and the customer service where exceptional. Gene answered all my questions and explained in detail all my options. As everyone knows, buying a vehicle especially a new one is historically not a pleasurable experience and certaintly not something that I was looking forward to. However my experience with Bredemann Toyota is historically not a pleasurable experience and certaintly not something that I was looking forward to. From the Sales Consultant, Nestor Ambrosio, to the Finance Manager, Jesus Padin, my wife and I couldn't have been treated better. I am an over the road truck driver. I was in the Chicago area, thumbing through a sales paper. My wife and I have been looking for a Toyota Venza with low miles. I happened to find one in this paper and it was a good price. I called and spoke with Mr. Patel. He assured me that even at 6:30 p.m. that he would be available to help me when I reached the dealership the same evening. It was a fairly easy transaction. Called internet sales about a CPO RAV4 that we are interested in. We were told to come by the dealership at about 1 p.m. and talk to Mike Szatmary (the manager). When we dropped by, he was nowhere to interested in. We were told to come by the dealership at about 1 p.m. and talk to Mike Szatmary (the manager). When we dropped by, he was nowhere to be found. After waiting for 30 minutes, one of the salesman (Joe Halpin) was nice enough to show us the car and let us test drove it. During the price negotiation phase, Mike Szatmary finally showed up. He was rude and condescending during the negotiation process. And when he gave us the incorrect information on the CPO coverage he started to throw a temper-tantrum and accused us of calling him a liar. If it is not because of Joe Halpin's patience and hard work, we would have walked out of the dealership immediately. This is a dealership that we will not patronize again. More
