I had been to Bredemann years ago and had a bad experience in the service department so I was reluctant to shop there for a new car. The last three Toyotas I owned were purchased at the Schaumburg experience in the service department so I was reluctant to shop there for a new car. The last three Toyotas I owned were purchased at the Schaumburg dealership even though I live in Park Ridge. I just went in to look at the new RAV4 with the intention of driving out to Schaumburg to make the purchase. To my surprise I bought the car that same night at the Bredemann Park Ridge location. The sales person, Margaret Olesky was so charming and not at all pushy that I decided to give her a chance. Margaret took us for a test drive even though I was already sold on the RAV4 (my 3rd). Margaret convinced me to buy the car from Bredemann and took care of everything for us. I am thrilled with the car and would definitely encourage anyone looking for a Toyota to go in and ask for Margaret. She was lovely! More

My wife & I had purchased a 2009 Toyota from Bredemann. I have taken the Corola in for regular maintenance work & two recalls & the service has been wonderful. You are able to call for an apointment time & they tell you how long the wait should be. If the work will take longer they will provide you either with a ride home or a loaner. I have not used either since the longest wait has been two hours! The service agents are friendly, knowledgeable & will answer any questions that you ask. With the quality of work that the mechanics preform, I have never had to return to have the same service re-done. Everyone that I have delt with at Bredemann makes you feel like a friend & that the want to help you. Roger Diaz, the Sales Consultant & Tran Nguyen, the Business Manager were professional, friendly, not pushy & saw to it that I made the right purchase.
