Called internet sales about a CPO RAV4 that we are interested in. We were told to come by the dealership at about 1 p.m. and talk to Mike Szatmary (the manager). After waiting for 30 minutes, one of the salesman (Joe Halpin) was nice enough to show us the car and let us test drove it. During the price negotiation phase, Mike Szatmary finally showed up. He was rude and condescending during the negotiation process. And when he gave us the incorrect information on the CPO coverage he started to throw a temper-tantrum and accused us of calling him a liar. If it is not because of Joe Halpin's patience and hard work, we would have walked out of the dealership immediately. This is a dealership that we will not patronize again. More

I was there yesterday, 4/17/13 for the recall regarding the air bags. Of course, the vehicle had other issues as well, but I've had the car since 2002 and for the most part, it runs ok. If and whenever it's in the budget for me to purchase a new one, I will come back to Bredemann! More

I wanted to replace my 1995 Toyota Corolla which I had purchased new and owned all this time. It had 39,000 original miles. I had given the car to my granddaughter to use for school and work. I wanted a new car that was comfortable to get in and out of and to sit in while driving. Bredemann Toyota was nearby so I stopped in to see what they had. I went inside the dealership and was greeted by Paul Costouros. He showed me the various Toyota models available and a small Scion model on the showroom floor. Nothing seemed right. Then Paul mentioned the Scion xD and showed me one in the lot. I took it for a test ride and I liked the car a lot. It was comfortable, easy to get in and out of and I liked the size. Paul explained all the features of the 2013 Scion xD. But Paul did not have the color I wanted in stock. He was able to locate a Scion xD in the black currant color I wanted. Paul Costouros was very patient and helpful during my entire car buying experience at Bredemann Toyota. He did not pressure me and took the time to see that my expectations were met. I would recommend Paul Costouros and Bredemann Toyota to all my friends who are looking to buy a new or used car. More
