I feel fortunate that I stopped at Bredemann Toyota on a whim. I had decided to purchase a new car at one of two other dealers. I was greeted by Roger Diaz and I must say that I had the greatest and easiest experience I ever had in any car dealership in 45 years of car purchasing. Roger was friendly, informative and went the extra mile for me. He not only checked out current inventory, he also checked to see what was on order for future delivery. In doing so, he found the car model with the right color and package for my needs. His communication through email and phone calls was excellent. I was contacted when any updates were available. At this point I am the happy owner of a new Highlander and have nothing but good to say about Roger Diaz and my experiences with Bredemann Toyota. More

I was able to make a purchase at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time instead of being left waiting for long stretches of time. I think the whole process took only 30 or 40 minutes.
