We had been shopping for a family car for a while. We were mainly looking for a Jeep Laredo or Toyota Highlander. We didn't know if we wanted to go new or used...just something that was safe. First, we went to Sherman Dodge in Skokie to look at the Jeeps - the sales people were unprofessional (salesman were arguing with each other) it made us so uncomfortable that we left. We also visited a few other dealerships in the area, including Grossinger Toyota,in Lincolnwood. We didn't really find what we were looking for. Then we visited Bredemann in Park Ridge. They had a good selection of used cars. Jerry was so nice and professional! He was extremely helpful, without being pushy. He gave us such a great price, we ended up buying a new Highlander. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a fun one, and made us feel confident in our decision. We couldn't be happier! Thank you Jerry!
