Picked up my 2022 rav4 today Dave Lurie was my salesperson and he was great to deal with he went through all the options on my car with me. Arnie Rowen the sales manager was fantastic he gave me a salesperson and he was great to deal with he went through all the options on my car with me. I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments to do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make yo do oil changes and then take over 2 hours to get it done. I have been doing my oil changes at this dealership for a few years and they always make you wait hours even when you have a scheduled time. I think the person in charge of scheduling at the dealership should be fired for incompetence. The next time I have to wait hours I will send a bill for my time wasted. More
