I have bought 6 cars throughout the years and thought it was a great place to do business with. However lately I have been treated terribly. I have 4 kids interested in buying cars but each time we try to b was a great place to do business with. However lately I have been treated terribly. I have 4 kids interested in buying cars but each time we try to buy using their website car disappears. One car sold apparently and was on website still for two weeks. Lately the salesperson yuri kept telling me a car was not available. Drove over to lot at night and found car listed for sale. I made an appointment to view car and was told I could not see it as it was going to detailing and was not available. This type of thing has happened 4 times now. Therefore I cannot recommend anyone does business here. After a multi year relationship I know I will not do business here. Not even an apology. That is terrible customer service. More

Buying a car during social distancing My wife and I needed to buy a car recently. We were concerned about the issues we would have during the "stay in place" order during the COVID-19 pand My wife and I needed to buy a car recently. We were concerned about the issues we would have during the "stay in place" order during the COVID-19 pandemic. When we called Arnie and Jerry to see if we can buy a car using as much social distancing as possible, we could not be more pleased. We worked with Jerry. Jerry did everything for us over the phone. He called back or texted quickly. He was understanding of our circumstances and the need for a new car. He was helpful and easy to work with every step of the way. Even our financing was over the phone. In the end, i think we spent about 20 minutes in the dealership. Our experience was great. It always has been good at Bredemann. However, I feel Bredermann went well above their normal service to make us feel comfortable and safe during every step of the process. Thank you Jerry and the rest of the Bredemann Toyota team. More
