Ron made everything clear and easy to understand, from showing us the car we asked to see from the minute we walked in the door to taking us through pricing and the purchasing process. Jesus kept the mood positive and the information understandable as he took us through financing options. Service Department is Not Responsive I was about to consider buying a new 4 runner Bredemann. I bought my last one from them. But, I will not buy a new car or use them for service aga I was about to consider buying a new 4 runner Bredemann. I bought my last one from them. But, I will not buy a new car or use them for service again after my last try. I needed an oil change and to have the airbag replaced as part of a recall. After giving them my name and after they looked up my truck, I asked them for a quote for an oil change. They told me $39.95. Then when I got there, they said that prior quote was a mistake and it would cost me $56 because it was a truck that took more oil. When I asked for the quote, they were looking right at my truck record as I had given them my name so they knew it was a truck and refused to honor the quote over the phone. I still needed the airbag fixed as it was not safe and my daughter drives the car. I asked how long it would take. They said about two hours. I left the car and called just before two hours and they said it would be another 30-45 minutes so I went there. When I got there, they had not even started on it and they told me it would take 5 more hours. Tried to complaint to a manger. He had gone home for the day at 4:45 p.m.. My service rep was gone too. Next came the financing (I believe I dealt with Jack Prato) --- but wait it was easy and simple (and fast). My only regret is waiting 3 years to do this. Thanks guys !
