Worked with sales associate for over a month to find the right vehicle, after I found one perfect for me, I got pre-approved through Chrysler. Finished the deal online, on the phone, and text. Arrived at the dealership to finalize, was given higher prices all around, and I was encouraged to go elsewhere. Which is exactly what I did! I reviewed the dealership on Google, the "owner" replied that they never were given my social security number or proof of income...such a feeble attempt to make it "my fault"! No, nobody apologized, nobody made any efforts to make things right! Just a show of excuses to cover themselves! Do NOT recommend this dealership! More

My sales people and finance guy was awesome I was treated wonderfully. But there was no oil in my car when I got home I checked it as soon as I got home and had to put 4 quarts of oil in it as soon as I got wonderfully. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, I was very disappointed to hear that the electrical connections that are needed to fix my vehicle would take 45 days to arrive.
