Where do I even start. So about 2 months ago I brought my Chrysler in because it was over heating and my check engine light on I informed them I took it to Midas and they had say it was a blown head gasket b Chrysler in because it was over heating and my check engine light on I informed them I took it to Midas and they had say it was a blown head gasket but I wanted a second opinion. So they first started by replacing a hose in my car they said was leaking coolant causing the issue which was $400 ok no problem they said it’s fixed so I pick it up and not even that night my check engine light is on and it’s reading 9 failure codes after they worked on it. So I bring it back again and they tell me my computer needs an update or whatever and that’s $100-$300 so I say okay again and pay that. Then about a week later my check engine light is back on and my car is once again over heating . I did not have any more spare time to take it back in trying to juggle college and work so I held it off 2 months and finally had free time to bring it back in where at first they had no idea what was wrong with it. Then I get call a few minutes later saying it was because of a blown head gasket or cylinder which keep in mind I had originally suggested it may be but it took them charging me $600+ before they wanted to conclude that and now want $5000+ for engine repair. Moral of the story avoid this place, although it’s “dodge” their service team is highly disappointing and a joke. Not very helpful either if they aren’t the one who’s been handling your vehicle either. More
