The sales associate my wife & I delt with (John W. ?) was great. He wasn't "pushy". Answered all of our questions without talking down to us & let us test drive whatever we wanted w/out giving us the look th great. He wasn't "pushy". Outstanding! My problem wasn’t complicated but even so the team went out of their way to fit me and make my repair right away. The young man who was my service advisor, realizing my urgency as I am on an the team went out of their way to fit me and make my repair right away. The young man who was my service advisor, realizing my urgency as I am on an extended road trip, went straight to the service manager who got my car into a bay, up in the air, and finished in just a few minutes.
