They are all friendly but The main service people seem to be on the ball but they keep having misc task given to inexperienced lot people that LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH !!!!! I just took my new Pries in for it's 25,000 mile service. The rep told me how everything was good on the car and sent me on my way. PROBLEM. After driving off the lot I noticed the "check tire pressure" light came on. So I checked the tire pressures with my digital tie gauge. Here is what I found. LF: 39.5 PSI RF: 40 PSI LR: 34.5 PSI RR: 35.0 PSI Then I looked at the service ticket where they recorded what they (supposedly adjusted the tie pressures to); LF: 35 PSI RF: 35 PSI LR: 35 PSI RR: 35 PSI AND THEY GAVE ME A COPY OF THE FALSIFIED REPORT !!!!!!! This is the second time something like this has happen with their (Back Lot" helpers. More

She still hasn't had the scratches taken car of that the dealership promised they would tak The service was regular routine service for my wife's car. She still hasn't had the scratches taken car of that the dealership promised they would take care of when we bought her car last June. We bought her car brand new with only 27 miles on it but someone had keyed near the back on the driver's side. We were told by the sales person, who goes by the name "Shrek", that he would have that taken care of and that the purchase price would be lowered. None of those things happened when we bought her car. More
