Bought a Ford Maverick which became inoperable on day 5 of ownership. Car sat at the dealer for 72 days before it was repaired and only after we filed a lemon law arbitration against Ford. Won the arbitration and yet the dealer has still failed to process all the necessary paperwork to get our sales tax and extended warranties refunded despite numerous assurances it would be taken care over the past 5 months. SHAMEFUL!!!! More
