Recently I visited Brewster Ford in search of a used pickup truck and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Rose. Although my budget was lower than the class of truck I was seeking, Micha pickup truck and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Rose. Although my budget was lower than the class of truck I was seeking, Michael worked every available option to find the right fit. Michael was in constant contact throughout the search and made the process simple and enjoyable. In the end I didn't purchase a vehicle because it had become abundantly clear that what I was asking for was not feasible. I purchased my 2022 Durango from Brewster ford and I will absolutely admit that the process was smooth, Micheal Rose was awesome to deal with and was there for me through the car buying process. After driving 2 hours to get to the dealership where I live I was tired so I really didn’t take the car out for a test drive or spend a lot of time looking at every detail of it, again being in the car driving for two hours took some of my patience to fully inspect the car. Couple days after sitting with the car I noticed two things , 1) the driver window motor makes a sound when closing the window, not really an issue cause I’m sure mopar warranty will fix it, But 2) the top corner of the screen was damaged, I reached out the Micheal and again, he was great about looking into it for me but after checking with his team he said he was sorry but there is nothing they can do to fix it. I guess I was hoping Brewster Ford would take care of it since it was a issue before I got the car and I wasn’t made aware of it, again more my fault for not spending more time with the car and inspecting it. Overall all , great experience buying the car, I love my new car , just make sure you take your time looking over any car you buy there. In fairness to them, they prob didn’t even notice it after they inspected it for sale. More
