There was no time was I sent an inquiry on leasing a Subaru Outback. Anthony Pilla answered all of questions quickly without pressuring me to come in. There was no time wasted on haggling or trying to sell me on things I didn't need. I would enjoy car shopping a lot more if other dealerships were as easy to deal with as Brewster Subaru. I was given accurate lease payments on my email and no surprises when I decided to come in for a test drive. I'm very happy with the Outback and how affordable the lease payments are compared to cars in the same price range. More

I walked around the area and looked in and out of cars (Crosstreks of course) and then I went inside. To my surprise I met Bruce...what a wonderful person to do business with. Bruce was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming. It was a blessing to walk into a dealership and not want to run for the hills. Thank you Bruce and all the employees at Brewster for making my Subaru purchase a great one!!! It was so great that my husband went back 4 weeks later and purchased a 2017 WRX and we are loving both cars!!!!! Thank you again!! More

We met Anthony Pilla, test drove the vehicle and sat at his desk to discuss a purchase. Anthony was very friendly and totally knowledgable about this car, even though it was not a Subaru. I don't think I have ever been treated so kindly and efficiently - and by this, I mean I didn't have to sit at the dealer half the day trying to buy a car. It was quick, easy and NO surprises. We love the car! Our other car is a Subaru Forrester so you can bet we'll be back. My experience...Brewster Subaru is a dealer with great integrity. More

He went the extra miles (!) to help get me into the Forester I'd hoped for and did so with humor, honesty and courtesy. I felt comfortable in my dealings and conversations with him, refreshingly without the need for "pitches and ploys" that I'd gotten from other dealers. Sad to say, some reps still talk down to women buying their own cars; NOT SO here and that respect is returned in full. Fred was backed by a top-notch team that worked just as hard for me. And I had friendly conversations with others (such as Robyn) not involved in the process but who contributed to my overall great experience there. More

This is my first purchase of a Subaru, and I enjoyed working with Fred to find the right car for me. Even though there was a glitch with one of the computer screens, Fred made sure to set me up as soon as I was able with a service appointment and a loaner car. I even discovered today, while getting gas for the first time, that Fred puts a $2 bill in your gas tank. My husband and I also met with Rich Johnson, who was very knowledgeable and funny. Overall, I have a great experience at Brewster Subaru. More
