After visiting I looked around and saw a car that I'd actually wanted to get. The process was fast, not drawn out and easy to follow. I appreciated not being over sold and not being pushed to make a decision. Everyone was geuine including the manager he was a down to earth guy. I would recommend this place to anyone. For me being a newly married millineal at times you can be looked down on and not taken seriously. This dealership doesn't do that. No matter what your buying you get great customer service! More

After looking for some local work I decided it was probably time to get a car and so that's what i did. Subaru has always been a trusted brand in my family and my family has had good prior experiences with Brewster Subaru and its staff. I decided to shop around with that thought weighing heavy in my mind and I couldn't find a car that suited my needs better than the Subaru that I wanted and so I went in to see what I could workout. After walking around outside for a bit and looking at the statistics on some of the cars to compare it with the one I wanted I was greeted by sales associate Anthony Pilla. I was pleased with the service because there wasn't a moment in time where I felt rushed or uncomfortable while talking to him about the car. If I had a question it was answered and answered well and some were even answered before I had to ask. He was honest with me from the beginning till the end. From that I came to the conclusion that I was working with a staff that was not only knowledgeable on the topic of their cars but were also proud and passionate about what they were selling. through the entire experience I felt well supported and informed but not at all pressured. I was more than pleased with the sales team and management and given the opportunity to lease from them again or even buy from them, I would in a heartbeat. I'm happy to share where I got my Subaru from and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. More

We were able to discuss car price, fees, expectations, and trade in value on my first visit - without it feeling like a game. We had one phone call afterwards to finalize price (and provide a down payment) and I was able to purchase the car on my second visit. I'm not an impulse shopper, so I never buy a car (or much else) on the first visit. I was impressed that they gave me their price listing out tax, fees and final price IN WRITING - without me having to ask. There are a number of dealerships that feel sincere the first time you meet them, but few have followed through in my experience...this is one of the few that I would recommend to family. They'll be my first stop when we're ready to replace my wife's car. More
