Awesome Dealership....Makes you feel like Family! I'm so glad I found Brewster Suburu. I knew that I was interested in the Suburu Forester but was not comfortable with the first dealership I walked into. I won't mention any names but it's the most common named dealership in the area. Walking into that dealership was so fake and robotic and I knew that I didn't want to do business there. It was a completely different story when I walked into Brewster Suburu. They made me feel like a person and not a sales tally. Everyone that works there was so genuine and nice and within minutes I felt at home. They worked out a great deal for me on my Suburu Forester. Anthony Pilla and Rich Johnson were just the most awesome people to do business with and I will always remember how they made me feel throughout the purchasing process. I would recommend Brewster Suburu to anyone interested in a vehicle. You can tell how much they care and how they just want to make you happy. Happy is what you will be when you drive out of Brewster Suburu in your new car! More

I received a terrific price, a solid trade-in value, and a quick turnaround on my new Outback 2.5i Premium. I wholeheartedly recommend Robyn since she is very knowledgeable about cars, is on-time, polite, upbeat, and genuinely cares about her customers. Richard Johnson is also 'top-shelf' in an industry not known for transparency. Rich explained every option and financial possibility with clarity and patience. The close was easy, quick and incredibly organized. Great way to finish a sale and head out of the lot knowing you've received a solid deal with heaps of support, and solid service to follow, More

I visited for a test drive and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, but I didn't buy that day. I ended up looking at a couple different cars but wasn't happy so I went back again to Brewster Subaru to buy. I am glad I did! No pressure and a good attitude are what I look for in a dealer. They even had some body work done to the car which was a bonus. Overall I would go back when I need another car. More

B Yes, the entire experience at Brewster Subaru was really excellent. Bruce Fischer and Jenn Brown, sales and finance were so pleasant to deal with. Both Bruce and Jenn helped my husband and me get the precisely right car for us. Bruce let me pick a Pandora station while we were sales talking. Now THAT is unique. Bruce also taught me how to use the controls and did his sales job very well while completely respecting our budget. Jann Brown is smart and delightful. We wrapped everything up ASAP. Go to Brewster. Exceptional Service! This was my very first experience buying/leasing a new vehicle on my own. My adult son and his wife had purchased a new Subaru Forrester at the Brews This was my very first experience buying/leasing a new vehicle on my own. My adult son and his wife had purchased a new Subaru Forrester at the Brewster dealership recently, love their new car, & had nothing but praise in their experience with working with the individuals there in making their final decision. They had done extensive research on many different vehicles/dealerships before reaching their decision, which alleviated much of the leg-work & research for me. Anthony Pilla worked patiently with me throughout, as did Rich Johnson and Jenn Brown. Their guidance & tireless effort in working with me to accommodate every detail of what I wanted was superb.
