He’s mellow, really good at his job and a pleasure to work with on my trade-in. There’s a concierge-like atmosphere at this dealership that I enjoyed. The dealership did the changeover DMV stuff, which was pure joy to avoid. Unfortunately, after signing off on it and paying the cashier I was a bit offended by the cashier’s insistent sales pitch for extended warranty; my dad is 91 and “why? Tell me why” he didn’t choose to buy $2000+ coverage was so inappropriate. Brewster Subaru has been good to my family through a couple of purchases from Service to Sales. I imagine the last 15 minutes with cashier was an aberration. More
