The service representative was terrific but... Three times during the life of this car, I have had to return the car to the dealer immediately after my car was serviced because of mistakes made during t times during the life of this car, I have had to return the car to the dealer immediately after my car was serviced because of mistakes made during the service visit. This recent visit led to the same outcome: a hose was left unattached, which caused problems. More
