After I got back from the test drive we went in and started talking prices. It only took a few days before everything was settled and I was in a new car driving around town. Excited about my purchase! I must confess that I do not like shopping for a used car! Seems like it gets old quickly and they all begin to look and feel the same. My wife and I must confess that I do not like shopping for a used car! Seems like it gets old quickly and they all begin to look and feel the same. My wife and I had been looking for a few weeks. We stopped at Brian Harris Used Cars on the way home a few weeks ago and took a look at one we saw from the street. "BIG STEVE" MCNETT opened it up and I sat in it and was thinking to myself "it's okay, but just another car"! (Kinda like trying on shoes after while ~ different color, diff feel and etc) I told Steve that I would really like something to get excited about! You know, like a 8 to 10 year old luxury car will low mileage!!!! He said he had my car right there in the next row; a 10 yr old Lexus, one owner, with only 64K miles on it. We went over & looked at it, took it for a spin and bought it within the hour..... Steve showed me some of the extras and we drove it home. The next day, I was trying to figure out he navigation system and some of the other extras & features. I called Steve to ask how something worked, but it was his day off..... He called me back a few minutes and said that he had to go by the lot for something and saw my message!!! Now here is an example of SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! He came over to my house and went over some more of the features this car has (since we could not cover everything the night before). He must have spent 2 hours of his day off making sure my wife and I understood at least all the basics and many of the luxury features we would like to use.... Thanks for all your help Steve. More

An Amazing Experience Doesn't Even Discribe it I started my car buying experience in May of 2017. Searching for the perfect family SUV, my standards were high, needed to be a lower mile, at least 5 I started my car buying experience in May of 2017. Searching for the perfect family SUV, my standards were high, needed to be a lower mile, at least 5.0L V-8 motor, haul a minimum of 8 passengers, needed to have at least 7ft length of rear cargo space to haul tables, and have good tires... all within staying in my $9,000 budget. (Sounds easy right)?? WRONG!! Rich was AMAZING! I think I test drove at least 15 different SUVs within a 6 month time span. He sent video clips showing me different vehicles, I may be interested in, to ensure I wasn't wasting my time going down there to have a look. Finally in November, he got one! a 2006 Ford Expedition. It was perfect! Went on a short test drive, he even allowed me to take it to my auto knowledgeable fiance to have a look. We checked EVERYTHING, family safe, no engine noise, all power train components were good. Needless to say, I signed papers that day. A little over two months later, I'm still a happy girl! Rich Brandt at Brian Harris Used Cars, isn't just a sales guy... he doesn't want your money, he wants happy customers. And he has proven that to me time and time again, with every "no, not that one" I gave him. More
