This dealership has been excellent for service and they have been working on a software issue with Ford on our 2021 F-150. This has not been an easy issue to take care of and they have stuck with it. I have purchased multiple trucks from Brian Hoskins Ford and will continue to do so in the future. Compared to other Ford dealers in the area, they are by far most responsive and easy to deal with. i had a lot of work performed including new tires balanced and mounted, my only complaint (against FORD, not the dealership) was that the lug nuts started to separate (nickel exterior from core) and balanced and mounted, my only complaint (against FORD, not the dealership) was that the lug nuts started to separate (nickel exterior from core) and became "fat", actually unable to remove them...ford should have recalled them or at least replaced them for no charge.
