I worked with George Lichowid today on the transfer to my new fleet vehicle and he was phenomenal to work with. Since I was not a ‘sale’ for him, he probably could have handed me the keys and walked away but new fleet vehicle and he was phenomenal to work with. Since I was not a ‘sale’ for him, he probably could have handed me the keys and walked away but instead he took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the car. Ask for Ed if you have trouble. He’s the one that gets things done. I was frustrated with the Service writer and got a call from Ed kovach after some back and forth and he’s taking care of my problem. If things done. I was frustrated with the Service writer and got a call from Ed kovach after some back and forth and he’s taking care of my problem. If I bought another truck at Hoskins I would want Ed to stay involved through the process. My salesman, Rick was good but the salesman can only do so much. I appreciate Ed stepping up and getting involved. That goes a long way towards building a relationship. More
