Omission of information is just as bad as lying. Went to this dealership looking for a vehicle to pull a recently acquired camper. Drove to the dealership, looked at vehicle and decided it fit what we needed - except that it wasn't what we thought or led to believe. We advised the salesman that we needed a 4WD. The salesman didn't say it wasn't, but didn't confirm that it was either. Once we realized, after we purchased it (silly us for not thoroughly checking) that it was not the vehicle we expected we did further research to find the vehicle was way overpriced for a 2WD. As it stands right now, the dealership made out richly, to the tune of about $7000 at our expense. Tried calling to discuss; no return calls. When we first went it not the showroom, the manager stated "its all about relationship building." Yep until after the signatures are in place. Steer clear! More
