I made th In the last few weeks I was looking for a convertible as a second car. I saw a Mini Cooper at Brian Hoskins and went to take a test drive. I made the decision to purchase it and went back the next day to sign the paperwork. As I was sitting at the table, a red 2013 Mustang convertible caught my eye and I decided I no longer wanted to purchase the Mini Cooper. My sales associated Eric Wroten was excellent and had no issues with me changing my mind, even though the paperwork had already been started for the Mini. We took the Mustang for a test drive and I was sold. He started the paperwork again and within an hour my transaction was completed. They detailed my car and made it perfect for me to pick up the next day. I could not have been happier with the service and professionalism of Eric. He could have been irritated that I changed my mind after he had completed the paperwork, but just wanted to see me happy with the purchase I was making. I would recommend Eric and Brian Hoskins to anyone looking for a Ford or a used car. Scott who does all of the financing was also excellent. Once the SUV arrived, we set up a day and time to meet and he had everything ready. All I needed to do was sign a few papers and that was it. He went over the vehicle to show me all the features and helped me sync my phone. It was a very quick and easy process and had me on my way within 30-45 mins...great service from George.
