In the showroom Mike was knowlegable about the car, set up a test drive quickly, answered any questions I had. He worked with me for a trade in that I could live with. I never felt pressured to hurry up and decide. It was just about closing time when I agreed to purchase the car. Mike COULD have told me that they would prep the car and I could pick it up the next day but instead, he got everyone working so I could have my car that night. Service must have had to hustle to get that car ready but they did it. Mike let me know every step of the purchase process and how long it would take. He stayed after the dealership had locked up and gone home in order to show me everything in the car and be sure I was comfortable before I drove off.
